9.1 Delivery Zones

The Company currently ships to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore. International deliveries outside these zones are not available at this time. The Company
reserves the right to decline delivery to specific addresses at its discretion.

9.2 Dispatch Timeline

All Orders are dispatched within two (2) business days of receipt of cleared payment and Order Confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be
processed on the next business day.

9.3 Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

Peninsular Malaysia 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Sabah / Sarawak 4–7 business days from dispatch.
Singapore 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

9.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping is provided at no charge to Members for all Orders, regardless of order value or destination (within the zones specified in Clause 9.1).

9.5 Packaging

All Research Compounds are shipped in temperature-controlled cold-chain packaging designed to maintain compound integrity at the required storage conditions (−20°C) for the
expected delivery duration. The Company uses commercially reasonable packaging standards for research compound logistics.

9.6 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the Member upon handover to the courier. The Company recommends that Members inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any visible
damage within 24 hours via the returns process in Section 8.

9.7 Customs — Singapore

For deliveries to Singapore, the Member is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Singapore import regulations applicable to research compounds. The Company declares
goods accurately on customs documentation. Import duties, taxes, or regulatory fees (if any) are the responsibility of the receiving Member.

9.8 Delivery Address

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Member at checkout. The Company is not responsible for non-delivery arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Member. Redelivery charges, where incurred, are the Member’s responsibility.
